Cancellation Policy

General Group Policies

  • Reservations of 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and all the policies of a group booking will apply.
  • Breakfast is included in the reservation rate.
  • Taxes are included, apart from the city tax
  • Ιmpossible operational conditions/natural disasters: The Hotel is not responsible for the effects of natural disasters, fires, floods, strikes, government ordered closures, or any other reasonable circumstance outside our control.

Minimum Payment Requirements are as follows
 30% of Total Group Cost within 5 days of the original booking
 30% One calendar month before arrival of the Group
 40% upon arrival of the Group

For groups booked within 30 days of arrival day
 30% of Total Group Cost on the original booking
 30% 15 days before arrival of the Group
 40% upon arrival of the Group

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 Booking to 1 day before check-in 30% of total reservation amount charged
 Non-Show 100%
