Environmental policy

Environmental policy of the hotel "MIRABEL" Our Hotel it`s a Greek owned company, dedicated to customer`s satisfaction, excellent service and provision of services always in conjunction with the respect to the environment and society. Our hotel aims to minimize the Environmental footprint of the activities of applying modern technologies and Green management practices.

In strategic planning for environmental protection:

  • We ensure that we comply with all the applicable Environmental laws and Regulations.
  • Apply the principle of “prevention” as it concern the creation of waste and waste water.
  • Always appreciate the impact of our operation on the environment and apply practices for their reduction.
  • Constantly train our staff in Environmental issues in order to understand the importance of its contribution to the achievement of our objectives.
  • We cooperate with specialized engineers in that regard measures management and saving energy and water.
  • We set goals and evaluate their success.

Our objectives are implemented by the following actions and which constantly evolve:
Management and rational use of energy and water.

  • Use professional low water use devices and energy in the kitchen.

General Group Policies

  • Reservations of 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking and all the policies of a group booking will apply.
  • Breakfast is included in the reservation rate.
  • Taxes are included, apart from the city tax
  • Ιmpossible operational conditions/natural disasters: The Hotel is not responsible for the effects of natural disasters, fires, floods, strikes, government ordered closures, or any other reasonable circumstance outside our control.

 30% of Total Group Cost within 5 days of the original booking
 30% One calendar month before arrival of the Group
 40% upon arrival of the Group

For groups booked within 30 days of arrival day
 30% of Total Group Cost on the original booking
 30% 15 days before arrival of the Group
 40% upon arrival of the Group

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 Booking to 1 day before check-in 30% of total reservation amount charged

How We are taking care of you

 

  • Our Hotel is Health First certified and follows the Ministry of Health’s guidelines on cleaning and sanitation according to national legislation.
  • Communal/Public areas are being cleaned and sanitised daily. We also disinfect surfaces and equipment after each use.
  • During breakfast, we disinfect all of the tables and chairs after each use and provide single-use cutlery wherever possible.
  • We ensure antbacterial gel is available in all areas.
  • Our staff is equipped with all the required disinfectants and cleaning productis to ensure all areas meet the highest levels of hygiene.
  • We provide all the relevant information in order to keep you as healthy and safe as possible during your stay.
  • Guests not residing in the hotel are strictly prohibited from entering the hotel even if they are relatives or friends.

How You can take care of us

  • Please sanitise your hands as often as possible especially, after using the toilet. Please cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, ideally using a tissue, disposing of it safely after use and washing your hands immediately.
  • Please respectfully abide by social distancing. All communal furniture has been repositioned to meet social distancing requirements.
  • During breakfast please respect the maximum number of seats per table, avoid gatherings.
  • Guests are requested not to enter the breakfast preparation area.
  • Upon check-in and check-out please wait at the indicated point - Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am.
  • Keys left at reception must be placed inside the specified box for sanitation.
  • For long staying guests, any room cleaning services will be done upon customer request only. This is to keep our personel safe.
  • In case you develop symptoms during your stay please stay in your room and contact the hotel’s certified Health Officer who will contact the medical doctor and follow the protocol for the provision of immediate medical care
  • The use of a mask is mandatory in all public areas of the hotel..
